Come early to witness Tortilla Man, Gilbert Gaspar demonstrate the art of tortilla-making at 9 AM!

Round out your tortilla/taco fantasy morning by heading over to the 500 Block of the Mall, at about 10:30 AM, to enjoy all that Downtown Atchison's Taco Festival has to offer: Street Tacos, Margaritas, Chips, Salsa & more!  ¡ Olé !

To get a preview of traditional tortilla making in the "Old Country," see 'Making Tortillas in Puebla, Mexico' video. And for a video of traditional flour tortilla making on "This Side" (of the border), see 'How to Make Homemade Tortillas de Harina.' Enjoy! Provecho!
